I lost my earring. Can you replace a single earring?
When possible, definitely. Our pieces are made by hand and more than often with select gemstones. So, as a result, the gems may vary slightly in size, shape and colour. Please send a clear photo with exact measurements or shop our single earrings and create a mismatched pair.
Save your WISHLIST, you can also use it to pass on a hint by sharing your must haves with your tribe *If someone makes a purchase via your list the system automatically removes it from your list

Where is the jewelry made?
The Collection is designed wherever we may be while the production is based in Mexico. The final look over and necessary details are done in Ottawa
Metals have a tendency to tarnish when coming into contact directly with the skin. Exposure to the ambient every day elements include perfume, skin creams, salty air, heat chlorine and the Ph of your body can cause oxidization. The best way to prevent tarnish is to wear your piece!
It is not a production flaw if your skin turns green. It's more known to happen when a piece comes into direct contact with the skin such a s a wide ring or cuff, and it washes away quickly. However, if it is bothersome, you can always create a barrier painting the inside with clear nail polish or any other colour if you're feeling adventurous.
We choose not to pre-coat your pieces because not everyone has the same reaction and the patina that develops with wear can be a longed after hue, it’ll come back to bright with a polishing cloth, (each piece comes with a complementary polishing cloth) and it should be all you need to bring your piece back to bright.
Keep your jewelry away from moisture unless you plan on drying it well. Moisture left on brass can make it spot especially on high polished surfaces, and keep your pieces in a dry environment.
We ship all of our orders with Canada Post
If your piece is in stock it will be shipped right away, all made to order items will be shipped within 3-4 weeks
A set fee of $12 is charged for Expedited shipping 2 days tracked delivery
Depending on the size of the item Regular shipping is available however there is no tracking for this option, if you choose this method once left at the post office we are no longer liable for its whereabouts (not recommended for apartment or Unit addresses.
Local pickup / drop-off can be arranged in the Ottawa Ontario area.
Items shipped to the US will ship small packet mail ($15) and a tracking number will be provided. It generally takes 5-10 business days
International destination will be calculated per order with Expresspost service
Orders over $100 purchase ships free.

TAXES & INTERNATIONAL SALES
Purchases made within Canada will be charged tax based on province of recipient.
International shipments are subject to extra fees including duties, customs & taxes and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your jewelry arrives in unexpected condition due to mishandling during shipping or with any apparent production flaw please contact us within 5 business and we’ll replace your piece at no cost as timely as can be.
We standby our products and guarantee a solution due to manufacture flaws with receipt of purchase for a full year. See our Jewelry Care Guide for best practices.
If your repair concern doesn’t fall under the warrantee we are still happy to help, we have a repair/ replacement service that does have a charge but alway the minimum we want your jewels worn
If you don’t love your purchase please let us know within 5 days of receiving the item, we accept exchanges on ready made items, you’ll need to cover the postage back to us, once the package has arrived we can proceed with the exchange.
Please ensure your packaging is at the same standard as when it was sent, note shipping is the customers responsibility
All items purchased from an LB stockist must be returned to that stockist as per their return policy. Purchases made online must be returned directly to LB and not to any retail stores.
